1. Who We Are
Bright Path Digital Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") is a Sacramento-based digital services company operated by Cassandra Langton as a sole proprietorship. We provide professional websites, automated Google review management (Reputation Shield), AI Phone Agents, and related digital marketing services to small businesses.

2. Our Services
We offer the following services, each governed by their own pricing and terms:
- Essentials Website Package — $97/month recurring
- Pro Website Package — $197/month recurring
- Premium Website Package — $497/month recurring
- Custom 5-Page Website Build — $650 one-time payment
- Reputation Shield (Google review management) — $97/month recurring
- AI Phone Agent — $197/month recurring
Service descriptions, features, and pricing are detailed on our website and sales materials. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice, but existing customers will be honored at their original rate for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By signing up for a service, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the agreed-upon schedule:
- Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on the same day each month, beginning on your signup date.
- One-time payments are charged in full at signup.
- All amounts are in US dollars (USD).
- You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a reasonable grace period.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle with no cancellation fee or penalty. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to receive service until that time.
To cancel, simply contact us at cas.langton@gmail.com or 916-573-0051. We'll confirm your cancellation in writing and process it within 48 hours.
No refunds will be issued for partial months already in progress, unless required by applicable consumer law.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We aim to be fair and reasonable. If you're unhappy with a service or feel there's been an issue, please contact us directly and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services already delivered or substantially completed
- Customer-caused delays or non-cooperation that prevented service delivery
- Cancellation after a billing cycle has already begun (the current cycle still applies)
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of all work, designs, code, and intellectual property until full payment has been received. Once your payment is complete, ownership transfers as follows:
- Custom Website Builds (one-time payment): Upon full payment, you own the final delivered website and its content. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Monthly Subscription Packages: The website, AI Phone Agent configuration, and Reputation Shield setup remain operational as long as your subscription is active and paid in good standing. If your subscription ends, we reserve the right to discontinue ongoing access to the service.
- Your Content: Any text, photos, branding, or business information you provide remains your property. By providing it to us, you grant us a license to use it solely for delivering your service.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To deliver quality service, we need your cooperation. By signing up, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information about your business
- Respond to communications from us within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide any necessary content (photos, copy, business details) requested for your project
- Use our services lawfully and not for any illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Not resell, sublicense, or transfer our services to others without written permission
8. Service Delivery and Timeline
We aim to deliver new websites and AI Phone Agent setups within approximately 2 weeks after receiving all required intake information and content from you. Reputation Shield setups typically take 3–5 business days.
Delivery timelines may be extended due to:
- Delays in customer-provided information or content
- Major revisions requested mid-project
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
9. Third-Party Services
Our services rely on third-party platforms including (but not limited to) Stripe (payments), Wix (website hosting), Vapi (AI Phone Agents), Cloudflare (file hosting), and Google (review management). Use of our services is also subject to those providers' terms.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or service issues caused by third-party providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you and resolve issues quickly.
10. Limitations of Liability
While we work hard to provide excellent service, no website, AI agent, or marketing tool can guarantee specific business results (such as a specific number of customers, leads, or revenue).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of business, lost profits, or lost data.
11. SMS and Email Communications
By signing up for our services, you consent to receive service-related communications via email, SMS text, and phone, including:
- Welcome and onboarding messages
- Service updates and reminders
- Billing notifications
- Customer support communications
- Occasional marketing or promotional messages
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying "STOP" to SMS messages or clicking the unsubscribe link in marketing emails. Service-related communications (billing, support, etc.) will continue as needed.
12. Reputation Shield Specific Terms
Our Reputation Shield service automates Google review collection and management. By using this service, you agree:
- You authorize us to send review request messages to your customers on your behalf using contact info you provide
- You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to contact those customers
- We do not guarantee a specific increase in your star rating or review volume
- Google's review platform and policies are outside our control, and we are not responsible for Google's actions regarding your reviews
13. AI Phone Agent Specific Terms
Our AI Phone Agent service uses third-party AI platforms (Vapi) to answer your business calls. By using this service, you agree:
- You provide accurate information about your business for the AI to use
- You understand the AI is a tool and may not handle every situation perfectly
- You are responsible for any commitments the AI makes on your behalf (appointments, quotes, etc.)
- Call recordings and transcripts may be processed by third-party AI platforms in accordance with our Privacy Notice
- You are responsible for complying with applicable call recording and privacy laws in your jurisdiction
14. Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if:
- Payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable grace period
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You use our services for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
- Continued service would create a legal, ethical, or operational risk for us
In most cases, we will provide written notice and an opportunity to resolve any issue before termination.
15. Modifications to Service or Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Dispute Resolution
Most disagreements can be resolved through honest, direct communication. If you have a concern, please contact us first at cas.langton@gmail.com — we'll do our best to resolve it fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action shall be filed in the county of Sacramento, California.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Notice and any package-specific intake or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bright Path Digital Solutions.
